Build what works for you
Partitions are the fastest way to change how a space works — turning an open-plan floor into meeting rooms, splitting a large bedroom, creating a home office or adding a site office inside a warehouse. Our team designs the layout, frames it in galvanised metal studs, boards and finishes it, and adds the doors, sockets and lights you need.
Partition types
- Gypsum board partitions — economical, fast and ready for paint or wallpaper.
- Acoustic partitions — double-boarded with mineral wool insulation for meeting rooms, bedrooms and studios.
- Moisture-resistant partitions — for wet areas and pantries.
- Fire-rated partitions — where required by Civil Defence for corridors and escape routes.

From measurement to finish
We measure precisely, set out the layout on the floor and ceiling, and build a straight, plumb frame — the step that decides how good the wall looks at the end. Boards are fixed, joints taped and skimmed, then painted. Electrical points and door frames are integrated as we build, not chased in afterwards.
Fast and tidy
A typical office room or bedroom partition is complete in two to four days including finishing. We protect floors, control dust and clear all offcuts — your space is ready to use as soon as we leave.
