Good tiling is all about preparation
Hollow-sounding tiles, uneven lippage and cracked grout almost always trace back to poor preparation — an uneven screed, the wrong adhesive or no movement joints. In Dubai's temperature swings between air-conditioned interiors and hot terraces, movement joints are essential. We level the substrate, use the right adhesive for the tile size and location, and set out the layout so cuts are balanced and grout lines straight.

Tile repairs and regrouting
Not ready for a full replacement? We replace individual cracked or hollow tiles, regrout and reseal wet areas, and apply epoxy grout in showers for a stain-resistant, mould-resistant finish.
