Getting the size right comes first
An undersized AC runs flat-out all day and still can't hold temperature in August; an oversized one short-cycles, leaves rooms clammy and wears out early. Before we quote, we calculate the cooling load from room size, glazing, sun direction, ceiling height and occupancy — west-facing glass in a Dubai Marina apartment needs very different capacity from an internal office room.
Installation done to a standard, not a deadline
A long-lasting installation depends on details customers rarely see: correctly flared and brazed copper joints, proper pipe insulation (to stop condensation dripping inside walls), a drain line with the right fall, a dedicated electrical supply with the right breaker, and a deep vacuum before the refrigerant is released. We do all of it, then commission the system and record its operating readings.
Replacing old or inefficient units
Older units using R22 refrigerant are expensive to maintain and inefficient. We remove and dispose of old equipment responsibly, check whether existing piping can be reused or must be replaced, and install modern inverter units that can noticeably reduce running costs.
Relocation and shifting
Moving villa or office? We dismantle, pump down, relocate and reinstall units with new piping where needed, so the system isn't contaminated or leaking after the move.
