Why ducts get dirty so quickly in Dubai
Sand storms, construction dust and long running hours mean ducts in Dubai accumulate debris far faster than in milder climates. Combine that with condensation on cold surfaces and you get ideal conditions for mould — which then circulates through every room the AC serves. Clean ducts and coils mean healthier air and a system that doesn't have to work as hard.
How our duct cleaning works
We start with a camera inspection to see the condition inside the ducts. Grilles and diffusers are removed and washed. Ducts are agitated with rotary brushes while a negative-pressure vacuum captures the dislodged dust so it doesn't spread through your home. The FCU or AHU coil and drain pan are chemically cleaned, then the system is sanitised with an approved, low-odour disinfectant. Finally, we refit everything and show you before-and-after photos.
Coil cleaning: the quick win for cooling performance
A dirty evaporator coil acts like a blanket, reducing heat transfer and cooling capacity. Chemical coil cleaning restores airflow and efficiency — often the single biggest improvement you can make to an older system.
