Overview
Full and partial renovations for villas and apartments — layouts, finishes, MEP and joinery.
Renovating in Dubai: what makes it different
Most communities in Dubai — Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, Damac and others — require a modification NOC before work starts, and many buildings have strict working hours, lift booking and debris rules. Underneath the finishes, older villas often need electrical, plumbing and AC upgrades to cope with modern loads. A renovation partner who knows this saves you weeks.
What we renovate
- Layouts — opening up kitchens, adding rooms, creating home offices and maid's room conversions.
- Kitchens and bathrooms — the two rooms that add the most value. See kitchen and bathroom renovation.
- Floors — porcelain, marble, vinyl, engineered wood and epoxy.
- Ceilings and lighting — gypsum ceilings, cove lighting and LED upgrades.
- Joinery — wardrobes, walk-in closets, TV walls and doors.
- Services — rewiring, new DBs, plumbing re-routes and AC replacement.
A clear process from day one
We start with a site visit and a conversation about how you live in the space. You get a design direction, material options and an itemised quote. We handle the NOC, protect the areas you're still living in, and keep you updated with photos as each stage completes.
Partial renovations welcome
Not every project is a full gut. Refreshing floors and paint before a sale or tenancy, upgrading a single bathroom, or adding built-in wardrobes are all jobs we do every week.
