Dubai rarely rains — which is exactly why waterproofing problems surprise people. When heavy rain does arrive, poorly detailed roofs and terraces leak. And every day, bathrooms, kitchens, pools and AC drains put water onto surfaces that must keep it out. The failure is usually at a detail: a drain, an upstand, a pipe penetration or a cracked joint.

Our approach
